Canceling and Rescheduling

At Salon Polo, we value your time and the time of our staff and other clients. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 3 hours before your scheduled time. You can easily make changes using the link provided in your confirmation email and text or by calling our salon at (443) 949-9786.

No-Call, No-Show Policy

After two instances of a no-call, no-show, you will no longer be eligible to book future appointments with Salon Polo & Barbershop.
